EXECUTOR' S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed August 28th, 1972, betw~en EDGAR H.
KLUEPPELBERG, as Executor of the Estate of KATHLEEN H. KLUEPPELBERG,
deceased, Party of the First Part, and EDGAFZ H. KLUEPPELBERG and MARY
WYLIE HAGUE, as joint tenants with right to survivorship and not tenants at
common, Parties of the Second Part, whose address is 1901 Mayflower Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and 314-A 31st Street, West Palm Beach, Florida,
respectively. ~
WITNESSETH :
The Party of the First Part pursuant to the Order of the County Judge's
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 28, 1972, and in consideration
of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, ~eleases, conveys and

confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, the .
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida described as: Lot 13, Amended
Plat of STROUDER'S S/D as per Plat thereof, on file in Plat Book4, Page 18,
Publ ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with att and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party of
the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and
in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court
and the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
