Lease Agreement dated•-January 30, 1969 in which Standard Oil
Company (Incorporated in Kentucky) is designated Lessor and
Padrick Chevrolet Company, Incorporated, is designated Lessee
covering certain land in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, more.particularly described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 5, Dittmar's Addition to
Edgartoian according to plat filed in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court ;
of St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting ~
therefrom any rights-of-~aay deeded to the '
City of Fort Pierce for streets, being ~
part of Lot 4 in Section 3, Townsliip 35 „ ~
South, Range 40 East,
which Lease Agreement is evidenced by Dfemorandum of Lease ~
