5ATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, th~t ANTHOrY G. GRAZIANO,
HUGO R. GRAZIANO, ~'OHIv GRA2IAN0, GILDA CARTLEDGE, and ANNA ALDA
MARANGONI, as all of the heirs at law of Adele Graziano, the
owners and holders of a certain mortgage given by CHARLES L.
ROGERS and LORETTA F. ROGERS, his wife to ADELE GRAZIANO, now
deceased, bearing date the 2nd day of September, A. D., 1966,
recorded in.Official Records Book 154, page 251, in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Co~rt of St. Lucie County, State of Florida;
qiven to secure the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety and 52/100
Dollars, evidence by one certain note, upon the following described
property, situate, lying and beinq in St. Lucie CQUnty, State of
Florida, to-wit:
From intersection of south line of Easter Avenue and
East Line of LaFond Subdivision, run east along the
south line of Easter Avenue 6 feet for Point of Be-
ginning; thence continue east 87 feet; thence south
with east line of LaFond Subdivision 136.5 feet; thence
west 67 feet, thence north 136.5 feet to Point of Be-
ginning, St. Lucie County, Florida, Section 9, Township
35 South, Range 40 East.
have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby direct the
Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
