St. Lucie County, Florida, lying Easterly of State Road No. 5(U.S. Highway No. 1), m~re part-
icutarly described as follows:
Commence at the point where the West line of said 3/4 intersects the original East right-of-way
of said road (being 33 feet from the center line thereof); thence run East along a line parallel
to the North line of said Section 22 a distance of 50.80 feet to the point of intersection with
the propased Easterly right-of-way line of said State Road No. 5, said point being the point of
beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described:
Thence continue Easterly on the last described course a distance of 350 feet to a point; thence
run Northwesterly parallel to the Easterly right-of-way of State Road No. 5 a distance of 109.32
feet to a point; thence run Westerly parallel to the North boundary of said Section 22 a distance
of 350 feet to the point of intersection with the West boundary of the East 3/4 of the East # of
said Section 22, and also the proposed Easterly ~ight-of-way of State Road No. 5; thence run
Southeasterly along the proposed Easterly right-of-way of said State Road No. 5 a distance of
109.32 feet to the Point of 8eginning. /
