THIS DEED, Made this 25th day of July, 1972, by and between
ALBERT E. LOWE and HELEN W. LOWE, husband and wife, herein called

Grantors and GEORGE B. MARTIN and GENEVA L. MARTIN, husband and `
wife, 6180 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, Virginia, herein called
Grantees .
W- I-T-N-E-S-S-E-T-H:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations not herein
specified, cash in hand paid the grantors by the grantees, at and
before the sealing and delivery of this deed, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do bargain, sell, grant
and convey, with GENERAL WARRANTY OF TITLE, unto the said grantees,
as tenants by the entireties with the right of survivorship as at
common law, the following described real property, to-wit:

All those two certain lots or parcels of land, situated
in St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all rights,
ways and appurtenances thereto appertaining and being

! Block No. 79, Unit No. 7 in Lakewood Park in St. Lucie
County, Florida as per plat on file in Plat Book 11,
at page 13 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

This being the identical lots conveyed Albert E. Lowe q° ~
~ and Helen W. Lowe by deeds dated December 1, 1959, and
a recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
RU Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 25th day of
January, 1960, in Deed Book 255, at pages 9 and 10 and

1 ~ To have and to _ hold, the same in fee simple forever,
: `.w;~ sub ject, however, to that certain oil, gas and mineral
„_~n:t lease dated August 26, 1953, and recorded in Deed Book
186, at page 49 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. In the event oil or ~ther minerals are
ever found under the aforesaid property, all royalties
will belong to the grantees.
And the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that
they are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that
they have good right and lawful authority to sell and
