title to said land and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that
said land is free from all encumbrances.
Sub~ect to the conditions and restrictions which are ;
construed as covenants running with the aforesaid '
lots and reference is hereby made to said deeds
regarding same and this land is further subject to
other restrictions and easements of record to the
extent that same may lav,~ully affect the above real
estate.
