HOPKINS, deceased, Party of the First Part, and GEORGE W. HOLTON
and BERNICE C. HOLTON, his wife, Party of the Second Pa~t, who

W I T N E S S E T H;
The Party of the First Part pursuant to the Order of the County
Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August,25, 1972,
and in consideration of the premises and the sum of $1150.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
