Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, i~cluding all apparatus, equipment, fixt~res or articles, whether in s~ngle units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigerat~on, vent~l~atron or
other services, and any other thing now or h~reafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by !es'se+~s
to leasess is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water h~~ters (all of which are inte~ded to be and are hereby
