LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made as of this 30 - day of August, i972,
by and between GULF OIL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Delaware
corporation (hereinafter interchangeably referred to as "GOREDCO"
and as "General Partner"), and HARRISON LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a
Florida corporation (hereinafter interchangeably.referred to as
"HARRISON ?~AND" and as 'Limited Partner"),
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, under date of August , 1972, the parties did enter
into a certain Agreement which, inter alia, provided that, subject
to certain conditions, the parties would form a Limited Partnership
by entering the present agreement; and
WHEREAS, said conditions have occurred, and the parties now
intend to proceed. _
NOW, THEREFORE,~for and in consideration of the premises and
the mutual agreements herein contained, the parties agree as follows:
