HomeMy WebLinkAbout0066 (2) The Partnership shall reimburse GOREDCO for the
time of employees of GOREDCO who are required to work on the
affairs of the Partnership. Such reimbursements shall include
the following items:
(a) For each work day or portion thereof (including
time spent in travel undertaken primarily for
, the pursuit of the business of the Partnership),
an amount equal to the sum of such employee's
base daily salary times a factor of two and one-
half (2 1/2) .
(b) Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by
such employee while primarily engaged in
pursuit~of the business of the Partnership.
Such out-of-pocket expenses shall be supported
by documentation of the sort requited by the
Internal Revenue Service regulations with
respect to the substantiation of claims for
Travel and Entertainment expenses.
E. The General Partner may, in its sole discretion, con-
tract with any person, firm or corporation, at reasonable and -
competitive (arms length) rates of compensation, commission or
remuneration, for the performance of any and all services which.
may at any time be necessary, proper, convenient or advisable to
carry on the business of the Partnership, provided that the General
