corporation in which it may have an interest without the prior
written consent of the Limited Partner.
Th~ preceding restriction shall not prevent the General Partner
from employing the services of employees of Gulf Reston, Inc., a
company affiliated with the General Partner. Gulf Reston, Inc.
shall be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph
2 (a ) and (b) above .
The Limited Partnership will endeavor to employ, whenever
possible on a competitive basis, the planning, engineering,
designing and contracting services of the Limited Partner and its
Affiliates.
F. EitY~er of the partners may engage in or possess an interest
in other business ventures of every nature and description, indepen-
dently or with others, including but not limited to the ownership,
financing, leasing, operation, management or development of real
property and neither the Partnership nor either of the partners
thereof shall have any rights by virtue of this agreement in and
to such indepen~3ent ventures of the income or profits derived
therefrom.
G. Any deed, contract or bill of sale, mortgage, lease, easement,
license or other instrument purgorting to convey, lease, license
or encumber a~y interest of: the Partnership in all or any
