do make this Codicil to my Last Will, consisting of twelve (12) - ~
pages together with Election and Waiver of my wife, Mary Elizabeth ~
Eadington attached, executed by me and witnessed July 11, 1956:
FIRST: I do hereby ratify and confiYm my said Will
in a11 respects, save so far as any part thereof shall be~
revoked or altexed by this present Codicil.
SECOND: I declare that since the execution of my '
Last Will my daughteY Elizabeth Joan Eadington who is named in
paragraph SECOND of my Last Will has married and her name now is
Elizabeth Joan Merhab. .
THIRD: The first paragraph of Paragraph FIFTH of
my Last Will is hereby amended to read as follows:
_ "FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath my wife's
share of the community property, one-half (1/2) of
my Eadington FYUit Co. stock and one-half (1/2) of
all my other separate property, of every kind and
i~ natuYe, not specifically devised, and all income
! therefrom received during administration of my
estate, to roy wife, MARY ELIZABETH EADINGTON,
IN T'RU3T, to hold the same as principal and to

manage and distribute under the trust provisions
hereinaftex set forth to be known as TRUST A:"
All of the remaining provisions of paragrapn FIFTH, commnencing
with sub-paragraFh (A) entitled-"Distribution of Income and ;

Principal," shall remain in full force and effect, excegt there ;
