FOURTH: The first para;Yaph and sub-pAxagraph (A)(1)
of paragYaph SIXT:i o£ my Last Will are hexeby amended to read •
as follows:
"SIXTH: AI1 the rest and residue of my esCa~e,~
zeal, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind or
character, and wheresoever situated, of which I
die possessed, or to which I may in any manner be
entitled, ox over which I may, at the time of my
death, have the power of appointment, including m y
~ share of the com~nunity property, and all failed
and lapsed gifts, and all income received from the
afaresaid proFerties during administration, I g,ive,
devise and bequeath to my wife, MARY ELIZABETH
EADINGTON, IN TRUST, ~o hold, manage~and distribute ~
the same under the~following trust prov~sions and
trust to be known as TRUST B:
"(A) Distribution of Incoroe and Principal.
"(1) One-half (1/2) of the net income
shall be distributed in monthly or other convenient
installments to or for the benefit of my wife,
MARY ELIZABETH EADINGTON, during h~z life, and the
other one-half (1/2) of the net income shall be
distributed i.n like tnanner in equal shares to or
for the benefit of each living child of mine and ;
the issue of each deceased child by right of
repxesentation, until said child`s, or issue of
said deceased child's share of the Trust is
distributed to hin, and/or her, or is terminated,

as hereinafter provided."
