WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the ~ 5 day of
, 1972, by WALLACE W. REID and MRS. ) BETTY L.
REID, hereinafter called the Grantors, to JAMES R. SCURLOCK and
(MRS.) TINA K. SCURLOCK, his wife, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantars for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
viz:
Lot numbered 5, Block numbered 92, Unit numbered 8 LAKEWOOD
PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 page
19, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
