Gulf Oil Real Estate Development Company, a corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Delaware, having its principal
place of business in Reston, Virginia, and lawfully authorized to
transact business in the State of Florida, party of the first part,
and Hutchinson Tsland Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership p
existinq under the laws of the State of Florida, having its princi-
pal place of business in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, and lawfully authorized to transact business in the State
of Florida, party of the second part, whose post office address is
c/o Shutts and Bowen, lOth Floor, First National Bank Building,
Miami, Florida,
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100 ($10.00) DOI,LARS and
other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to ~he said party of the

page 17, and Surfside Unit Two as recorded in Plat
Book 11, page 8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

East, run West along South line thereof 961.69 feet
to Point of Beginninq: Thence run North 0° 13'48"
East 246.85 feet~ Thence North 69° 09' West 831.72
feet to East shore of Zndian Rive=: Thence Southwest-
erly meanderinq said Easterly shore to South line of
Government Lot 2, thence East along said South line of
Said Government Lot 2, 1278.61 feet, more or less to
the Point of Beginning.
