assumes and agrees to pay .

the Public Records of St . Lucie County , Florida ,
as modified by that certain Agreement dated February 28,
1972 , and filed March 8, 1972 in Official Records
Book 200 , page 805 , Public ftecords of St . Lucie County ,
Florida, which said Agreement modifies and consolidates
all of the above described mortgages , which Grantee
assumes and agrees to pay .
SUBJECT TO a purchase money mortgage of even date
in the face amount of $400 , 000 in favor of Harrison
Land Development , Inc .
SUBJECT TO taxes for the year 1972 and subsequent
years , restrictions , reservations and easements of '
records , if any . ~

And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to
