THIS MORTGAGE DEED, executed as of the 31st day of
August , 1972, by Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership, a
Florida Limited Partnership, hereinafter sometimes called the
"Mortgagor", to Harrison Land Development, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter sometimes called the "Mortgagee";
Wherever used herein, the term "Mortgagor" shall mean
and include the said Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership and
its successors and assigns, and the term "Mortgagee" shall mean
and include the said Harrison Land Development, Inc. and its

! successors and assigns.

~ WITNESSETH: That in order to secure the payment of
an indebtedness in the principal sum of Four Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($400,000.00) evidenced by a purchase money note from ~
Mortgagor to Mortgagee of even date herewith (a copy of which is
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof), to-
gether with interest as provided in said note, the final payment
of principal and interest being due not later than August 31 ,
~ 1987, the Mortgagor hereby grarits, bargains, sells, aliens, ~
~ remises, conveys and-confirms unto the Mortgagee that certain

real estate of which the Mortgagor is now seized and in possession,

~ situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, which property is described
in Schedule "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof. ~
And the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee that
