being th~ inte~ltion of the maker, holder, and General Partner
of the maker that said General Partner sliall have no personal
or individual liability on the indebtedness evidenced by this ~
note; provided, however, this limitation shall not constitute
any limitation of right of action against the Limited Partnership,
as such, or right to satisfaction of any judgment recovered in
such action from the assets of the Limited Partnership. The
absence of liability of the General Partner of the maker provided
- by this paragraph shall not operate as a release, nor diminution ~
of any obligation, of the General Partner under the said Partner-

~ The makers, guarantors, and endorsers hereby severally

~ waive presentment for payment, protest and de:n3nd,- notice of
protest, demand and of dishonor and non-palment of this note
except as provided herein, and consent ~hat the holder hereof
may extend the time of payrnent or otherwise modify the terms of
payment of any part or the whole of the debt evidenced by this
note, at the request of any other person liable hereon, and such
consent shall not alter nor diminish the liability of any person.

The maker hereof agrees to pay all costs of collection, .

is not paid at the respective maturity thereof and all expenses
