This note is a purchase money note and is secured by
a Purchase Money Mortgage of even date herewith which is a lien
on real estate and personal property located thereon in St. Lucie
County, in the State of Florida and shall be construed by the law
of Florida.
A default under said Purchase Money 2~lortgage shall
constitute a default hereunder entitling the holder hereof, under
~the conditions set out in said mortgage, at its option to declare
the entire balance of principal and_accrued interest hereunder
; immediately due and payable. Failure, by the holder hereof, to

~ exercise any of the rights or options herein provided, shall

~ not constitute a caaiver of any rights or options hereunder, or
thereafter accruing.
