MORTGAGE DEED
THIS MORTGAGE DEED, dated this ~ day of ~~,~;i , ~
A. D., 1972, by VERNON C. GOLDIZEN and MARY M. GOLDIZEN, his wife,
hereinafter called~the Mortgagors, which term shall include when
used herein, wherever the context so requires or admits, to
MARJORIE B. McKITTRICK (a/k/a MRS. TNOMAS H. McKITTRICK) herein- ~
after called the Mortgagee, which term shall include when used
herein, wherever Che context so requires or admits,
WITNESSETH: That for divers, good and valuable considera-
tions, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the
promissory note hereinafter described, said Mortgagors do hereby
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, confirm and
mortgage unta the said Mortgagee all that certain piece of prop-
erty and tract of land of which the said Mortgagors are now
seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in the
County of St. Lucie and State oi Florida, described as follows:

C ounty, Florida, as per plat on f ile in Plat Book

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singu-
lar the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto

belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and re-
versions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interesty prop-
erty, possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as ?n
equity, of the said Mortgagors in and to the same, and every part '
and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
