or right under or by virtue of this mortgage, and may place and

amo~nt of each and every such payment shall bear interest fr~m t
date at the rate which said note bears and shall be secur'ed by the

5. To permit, commit or suffer no waste, impairmen~ or

6, To perform, comply with and abide by each and every

7. If any of said sums of money herein referred to be not
promptly and fully paid within thirty days next after the same

lations, agreements, conditions and covenants of said promissory
note and this deed, or either, are not duly performed, complied
with and abided by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in said n~te
then renaining unpaid, wi~h accrued interest and all other sums
secured hereby shall become due and payable forthwith or there-
after at the ~ption of the Mortgagee, as fu11y and completely as
if said sums were originally stipulated ro be paid ~n such day,
anything in said promissory note or herein to the contrary not-
withstanding. .
IT IS~i~iUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the
parties hereto that this r?iortgage and the obligation secured here-
by constitute a Florida contract and shall be construed according
to the laws of that State.
