said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual pas~ession, situated in the couuty of St. Lucie and
State of Florida, deacribed as follows: ~

BIIll'MORB Pl1R1C, according to the plat recorded in Plat Hook 4, page
52 of ±he public Recorda of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida.
The mortgaqor covenants and aqrees that so loag as this mortqaqe anc3
said note secured hereby are insured or guaranteec] under the provisions
of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act, as mnended, he will note execute ~
or file for record any instrumant which imposea a restriction upon the ~
sale or occupancy of the mortgaqed property on the basis of race, color ~
or creed. Upon any violation of this undertakfnq, the mortgaqee may,
at its option, declare the unpaid balance of the debt secured hereby ~
immediately due and payable. ~ ~

The mortqaqor further covenants that should the Veterans A~ministratfon ,~i5
fail or refuse to issue its quaranty of the loan secured by the mortqage ~ a
under the Provision of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, in the
swn of $12,499.20 within sixty days fraa the date of the loan would normally $
becaae eliqible for auch quaranty, the mortqaqee herein may, at its aption
