1972, between DONALD RAY PORTER, individually and as Co-Administrator of
the Estate of•Jesse Porter, deceased, joined by his wife, Betty
Porter; JESSE WAYMAN PORTER, Individually and as Co-Administrator of the
Estate of Jesse Porter, deceased, joined by his wife, Sally Porter;
and LESTER PORTER, individually, joined by his wife, Marcella Porter, 3

Party of the First Part, and J. W. HONEA, SR. and LILLIAN M. HONEA, ~
his wife, of Route 3, Box 527, Fort Pierce, Florida, Party of the
Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
Said Co-Admini~rators of t~ Estate of Jesse Porter,

deceased, on the day of , 1972, by Petition
applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for
authority to sell certain real estate in said County hereinafter named,
averring it is necessary and expedient to sell the same and also
each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer in said Petition
~j having appeared to and fcund by the said Judge to be reasonable
~
; and just and said Petition true and sale to the best interest of

t said estate, said Court rendered an Order dated the 24th day of

~ August, 1972, directing said Party of the First Part to sell the

~ said real estate at private sale; and thereupon the said Party of
the First Part contracted to sell~~he said real estate to the said
Party of the Second Part, for the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)
Dollars, to be paid as follows: ~ ;
