Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and the ±
sum of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid said Party

of the First Part, hereby .~rants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, #

releases, conveys, and confirms unto the said Party of the Second
Part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain land in
said County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 42, of CHASES SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 4,page 78 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Section 9, Township 35, Range 40.
Together with all and singular the ter~ements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Party of the
Second Part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said Party of the First Part doth hereby covenant
to and with the said Party of the Second Part, their heirs and
assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about the said
; sale and this conveyance the orders of said Court and the laws of
~ Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
