1. So long as the note hereinabove refected to. or aaypo
ttion thereof. or any extetuion or renewal thereof~ and
also any and allother indebtednessof the Borrowen. or e~ther of them. to said Bank. whether joint or several, here-
tofore or hereaker incuired. of any nature w6aucever. shall remain unpaid~ either before or after the maturity
thereof. the said Borrowen will do t6e folbwing things, to-wit:
(a) Pay promptly when due all fire and windstorm insurancepremiums. taxes. aaessments. dues and charges of
every kind imposed or levied upon their real and personalproperty pcior to the time when aay such sums shall
beoome delinquent or in default; and
(b) Promptly pay when due any and all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop-
ertyhereinafter described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come dellnquent or go imo defaulc.
2, The Borrowen agree that they will not. withaut fint procuring the oonsent in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien or other encumbrance to exLst on their perty. real orpe nonai~ now owned or here-
after acquired_by them including. but aot limited to. theproperty ereinafter described.
3, The Borrowen agree that theq shall not have the privilege. aor will they sell. aansfer~ assign. hypothecate. or
in any maaner whatever, dispose of the property. or any interest therein. owned by them, inciuding specifically. but
