THIS INDENTURE, executed the 6th day of $eptember ,

of MERRITT H. SCOTT, deceased, party of the first part, and

W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the power of sale '
contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above-named ~
decedent, and pursuant to the Order of the County Judge's Court ~
authorizing and confirming this sale, and in consideration of
$10.00 in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, ~
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, ~
its successors and assigns forever, that certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly de- ~

scribed as follows: ~
That part of Government Lots No. 1 and No. 2, ~
Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, lying east of the -
east R/W line of U. S. Highway No. 1; west of ~
~ the west R/W line of State Road No. 605 (Old ;
Dixie Highway), south of the south R/W line of ~
the Central and South Florida Flood Control
District Canal C-25 (Taylor Creek), and north
of a line lying 268.1 feet south of the north
line of said Government Lot No. 2 as measured _
along the east R/W line of U. S. Highway No. 1,
said line forming a southeast angle of 81° 45'
at its intersection point with the east R/W
line of U. S. Highway No. 1.

herewith and to easements and rights of way of record.

and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that

part, and to its successors and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, that
in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this
conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
