without defalcation, to the order of St. Lucie County Bank, as ~
Executor ot tlie Estate of Merritt H. Scott, Deceased at 112 Sout}i ~
Second Street in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of Fitty Five Thou~.:and ~
Dollars, witli interest from date at the rate of 7;o per annum, in ~
