Before me, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared
VIOLA V. ROSS, who, being first duly sworn desposes and says:
1. That she and her husband~ IVER C. ROSS, were the owners
of the folloWing described property, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 54~ RIVER PARK, UNIT FIVE, according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 31, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That she and the said IVER C. ROSS Were married prior to
June 16, 1972, and said marriage continued without interrup-
tion until August 21, 1972, the date of his death.
