corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Edward C.
Sul 1 ivan and Gladys L. Sul l ivan, his wife dated Apri 1 14 19 , and ~ecorded
in the public retords of S t. Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Retord Book 191 on page
2269 , securing the payment of the sum of
