WITNESSETH
That the parry of the first part in consideration of one dollar and other good and valuable consid-
ations to it paid by the porties of the second port, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargoin, sell end convey to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
the rights of entombment in the crypts to be used solely as a place of buria) for human remains of the
Caucasian race, in the cemetery called Hillcrest Memoriel Gardens, situoted on U. S. Highway 1,
Ccunty of St. Lucie, State of Flaida, which crypts or niches are described on the Master Plen in the
executive offices of Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, and therein designoted as follows:

IN SANCTUARY OF MEMORIES MAUSOLEUM
Containing one adult entombment spaces according to the maps and plets of soid
cemetery, on file in the office of the undersigned corporation.
To hove and to hold the above granted rights of entombment in said premisas to said parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns forever; subject, however, to the conditions and restrictions
contained in the Rules and Regulotions now in effect, or which may hereaker be imposed upon the use
of rights of entombment in said crypis or niches by Rules and Regulations hereofter to be adopted by
~ ` the executive officers of soid party of first part. These Rules and Regulations shal) be considered as -
~ o covenant running with this interest in the mousoleum, and shall be binding upon the heirs, grantees,
I representatives, and assigns of all owners of entombment rights.

And the said party of the first part hereby covenants that for the purpose of continually cari~g for
g !~'jj , the said Hillcrest Memo~iai Gerdens in good condition, it i~as set aside a certain iund now deposified
in the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK TRUST DEPARTMENT, FT. PIERCE, FLORIDA, and thot
~ --~0~00~1oo-~oiia~s, paid by the original purchasers of these entombment rights, in accordonce
with the contract of purchase, has been deposited by the party of the first part in said fund. The net
income arising bom the principel of such 7rust Fund shall be used to the extent that such income is
available, for maintenance and overhead; roadways and wolks; drains and water systems; trees, shrubs;
, buildings, statues, mcmorials and structures; insurance coverage and burial records; plus administrat-
ive services properly applicable to the operations of the mausoleum, the allocations of which, out of
the fund available, shall be in the discretion of the Hillc~est Memorial Gardens.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused this Conveyance to be signed
by its President and attested by its Secretary and has caused its corporote seal to be hereunto attach-
ed and affixed the day and year first above written.
