6_ Thc Ltuac shall furnish w the Government, as ~urt oI ~he rrn~al aonsideration. the (oUow~ing:
A. A license during the term of this lease for ingress to and egress
from the leased premises by the Government's agents, employees,
or others working on or maintaining such equipment at all times,
and unrestricted access to any radio equipment, fixtures, or
property which the Government installs on the premises un~er this
lease.
B. Right to construct or have constructed a small building on said
property. This will house the FM repeater unit and other
electronic equipment.
C. A license to i~stall and maintain during continuance of this
lease an electric line to the tower and building.
D. Rights to construct a road to said property shown in survey, if
necessa~y, to guarantee passage at all times and weather.
