Rider to Lease dated May 11, 19~2,
between State of Florida, Department
of Transportation and the lJ. S. Govern-
ment for a tract of land in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to be considered a
part of said Lease.
1. Paragraph $ is amended to read as follows:
This lease shall be automatically rer~ewed from
year to year without further notice unless
either party hereto shall give notice of
termination. Provided, further, that this lease
shall not extend beyond June 30, 19$2.
2. This lease may be terminated by eith~r party on
the giving of written notice at least ninety
(90) days prior to the termi~ation of the lease.
3. Lessor will not be responsible for loss or
damage to any of the Government electronic
equipment or property due to acts of God, .
malicious damage, or theft.
