instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal rep~esentatives, and assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular a~d/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and
wherever the context so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEOERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporatio~ existi~g under the laws of the United States of America, he~einafter i
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in eonsideration of the- aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter deuribed, the Mortgagor dces grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ond in actual possession, situate in the County of

IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-

unpa~d, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time
