under the laws of Ftorida, holder and owner of the certain moctgage deed execated by
BERLIE O. MELTON AND LOUISE S. MELTON, his wife, and M. R. MELTON
AND KATIE MELTON, his wife,
to GULF LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, bearing date the 12th day of December , A D.
1960, recocded in (Mortgage Book) 170 ~ Page 353 , in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida; and also the holder and
owner of the note in said mortgage deed copied or identified, said mortgage deed securing said
note and sums payable as therein set forth and encumbering certain property, situate in said
County, more particularly described in said mortgage
