Before me, the undersigned authority authorized to take "
oaths and acknowledgments, personally appeared A. B. JACKSON, who
after being first duly cautioned and sworn says that he has personal.ly
known ROBERT L. FARMER and LILLIAN M. FARMER~ his wife, for a great
number of years.
That of his own personal knowledge he knows that ROBERT L.
FARMER and LILLIAN M. FARMER were the grantees of that certain
warranty deed recorded in O. R. Book 183 at Page 1253 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That of the Affiant's own personal knowledge, that certain
death certificate recorded in O. R. Book 190 at Page 703-of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida showing MRS. LILLIAtd McIVER FARMER
to have died on January 27, 1972 and the informant to be R. L. FARMER
are one and the same persons as those persons who were the grantees in
the deed referred to above in O. R. Book 183 at Page 1253.
