Together with all buitdings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or p~aced therein, including al) apparatus, equipment, fixfures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
tr311y c~ntrolled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, l;ght, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thi~g now or h~reafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including scresns, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, fioor
