EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ a? ~ day of ',,~.~j~ ,
1972, between HENRY G. COYLE, as Executor of the Estat of
MARGARET G. COYLE, deceased, party of the first part, and JOHN ;
CHARLES PATRICK ADAMS, party of the second part, whose address is:
250 West Jefferson Street, Apt. #1, Media, Pennsylvania 19063
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part pursuant to the power of sale
contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent,
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 420 feet South of the
NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Sec-
tion 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
thence, West 119 feet to the point of be-
ginning; ther~ce West 71 feet, thence South
105 feet, thence East 71 feet, thence North
105 feet to the point of beginning, except-
ing therefrom the South 9 fee thereof for
right of way for Boston Avenue.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property. _ ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second _
part, and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with •
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary and in and about the sale and this conveyance the
orders of the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has set his
hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
