THIS INDENTURE, executed the 6th day of September ,

of MERRITT H. SCOTT, deceased, party of the first part, and
DAVID PEARLMAN and AUDREY M. PEARLMAN, his wife, parties of the

The party of the first part, pursuant to the power of sale `
contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above-named '
