KNOW ALL M£N BY THESE PRESENTS : SEP 11 ~ 33 AN ~~Z

WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "J~iortgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, West Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Two Hundred lhousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;
AND SdHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said rfort-
gagee to re2ease the premfses hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mor[gage;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TF.N ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considera-
tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, does remise, quft claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises con-
veyed by said Mortgage, more particularly described as folloa•s:
L o t s 835 , 837 , 829 and 878
of
VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominfum, as the
same appears by and upon a pZat of the same o€ record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, Page 24, to which said
place specific reference is hereby madz for a more complete
description of the premises.
TO }IAVE AND TO HOLD the same, Frith the appurtenances, unto the ,
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS ~dHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this instrument
