CONRAD, a single adult; MARY C. HARTSFIELD, a married woman; LAWRENCE R. CONRAD, a single adult; and GALE C. SMITH, a married woman, first parties, to W. K. COXE and DORIS H. COXE, his wife, as to an undivided one-half interest, and to PATRICK B. LALLY, as to an undivided one-half interest, second parties, whose post office address is 207 South Second St., Fort Pierce, Florida, WITNESSETH: That the said first parties, for and in considera- tion of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second parties, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,. do hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second parties forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first parties have in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: PARCEL 1: That part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Towns ip 35 South, Range 40 East, lying and being northerly of Ten Mile Creek (Canal No. 71); and Westerly of Five Mile Creek (Canal No. 29), LESS AND EXCEPT the North 495 feet thereof. PARCEL 2: That part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Towns ip 35 South, Range 40 East, LESS AND EXCEPT the North 495 feet thereof, lying and being easterly of Five Mile Creek and northerly of the following described real property: From the SE corner of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 85°11'30" West 40.13 feet; thence run North 00°08'30" West parallel with the East line of said Section 29 a distance of 753.68 feet to the NE corner of the property of ~ Thomas C. Lilly and Barbara R. Lilly, his wife, as described in j O. R. Book 178, page 2194 of the public records of St. Lucie ! County, Florida, and the point of beginning of the parcel herein ~ descri.bed; thence run South 87°11'06" West along the North line ~ and the extension thereof of the said property of Thomas C. Lilly ± and Barbara R. Lilly, his wife, 653 feet, more or less, to Five Mile Creek (Canal No. 29); thence run northerly meandering Five Mile Creek (Canal No. 29) 30.92 feet, more or less, to the North ; line of the property of Alfred Savinelli and Mena Savinelli, his wife, as described in O. R. Book 120, page 521 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence run Easterly along ; said north l~.ne of the property of Alfred Savinelli and Mena ? Savinelli, his wife, 653.58 feet to a point that is 40 feet West of the East line of said Section 29; thence run South 50.99 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
