by OUTDOOR RESORTS OF A1~RICA, INC., a Tennessee Corporation, to IOWA I.AND AND GENERAL
DEVELOPN~NT CORPORATION, INC.. a Minnesota Corporation, authorized to do business in
the State of Florida, dated January 12. 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book 182,
Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Page 1001, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of , hereby on this 16th
day of August , 19 72 , releases from the lien of that Mortgaqe the
real property in that County described asz
Lot No. 1255 , Section ZI , in that certain Condominium known as
OtTPDOOR RESORTS OF A1~RICA at-Nettles Island, according to plat of Nettles
Island Project, Plat Book 16, Paqes l, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condominium, Official Record Book I86, Page 2720 as last
amended Official Record IIook 192, Paqe 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Floricla, toqether
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
Plat and Declaration (as amended) as common elements and limited common
clements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and a,ppurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaininq;
without impairing the lien on the remaining part of the property described in thaC
Mortgage. ~
