authorized to do business in the State of Florida, the holder of the Mortgage executed
by OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AM6RICA, INC., a Tenneasee Corporation, to IOWA LAND AND GENERAL
DEVELOPI~NT CORPORATION, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, authorized to do business in
the State of Florida, dated January 12, 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book 182, ~
Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Paqe 1001, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of S 300.00 , hereby on this 23rd !
day of AuRust , 19 72 , releases from the lien of that Mortqage the
real property in that County described as:
Lot No. 217 , Section II , in that certain Condaminium known as
OU'TDOOR RESORTS OF AI~RICA at Nettles Island, according to plat of Nettles
Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages 1, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condominiwn, Official Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last
amended Official Record Book 192, Page 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
Plat and Declaration (as amendeci) as common elements and limited common
elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and a~purtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining;
without impairinq the lien on the remeininq part of the property described in that
Mo~g~qe.
