the State of Florida, dated January 12, 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book 182,
Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Paqe 1001. Public Records of St.

Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages l, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condominium. Official Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last
amended Official Record Book 192, Page 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, toqether
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
Plat and Declaration (as amendecl) as coiwnon elements and limited common
elements; and, (ii3 all tenements, hereditaments and a~purtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining;
