HomeMy WebLinkAbout0924 3• Tracts G1 thru G-23, inclusive; shall be known and described as "Green Beit" areas. Said "Green Belts" azeas are intended to be reserved for the use and benefit of fee owners of recotd in Pott St. Lucie Section Forty-Four; subject, however, to easements for utility and drainage purposes over, accross, under, upon and through said "Green Belt" areas. GENERAL expressly reserves the right to further amend these restrictions as to the uses of said "Green Belt" areas and the maintenance expenses incident thereto which shalt be borne by the fee owners of recotd in Port St. Lucie Section Forty-Six, and which, if not paid by a particular fee owner, would constitutc a lien against the lat or lots owned by said fee owner; provided further, however, that the pro-rata basic maintenance expenses, including taxes as to the "Green Belt" areas, shall not exceed 550.00 per year per lot. 3 4. Approval of Plans No building or other stracture shall be erected until the plans and/or specifications for the design and location thereof have been approved, in writing, by a committee appointed by "GENERAL" or elected by the owners of record of a majority of the lots first hereinabove described; provided, however, if approval or disapproval of such design or location is not forwarded to the applicant within thirty (30) days after date of request for approval, then such approval will not be required, provided the design and location of the building conforms to and is in harmony with the existing structures on the lots fust hereinabove described and these covenants. 5. Recreational Vehicles No travel trailer, mobile home, recreational vehicle, tent, shack, garage, barn or out building erected on any lot shall at any time be used as a residence, temporarily or - permanenily. Provided, however, that recreational vehicles such as travel trailers, motor homes, tent trailers, boats, etc., not exceeding ten (10) feet in height and thirty-two (32) feet in length may be stored on the premises at the rear or side of the residence ; ; situated thereon with the following conditions: " (a) No such vehicle shall be permitted within the front or side line setback i ~ ~ areas. ; (b) All such vehicles shall bear a cunent State registration or inspection tag. ~ ~ 6. Signs No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any single family or duplex residence lot, except one sign of not more than two (2) square feet advertising ' the property for sale or rent, or signs used by a builder to advertise the property during the construction and sales period, all of which shall be approved by the committee. ~ ' 2 0 R ~ i~ !
