in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St . Luc ie ,
State of Florida, in O. R. Book 190 Page 1740 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND tOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assi9ns, the premises therein partic~larly described,
ro secure the payment of the sum of On~ Hundred Sixty-four Thousand Five E~undred and

with interest as therein mentioned~ which mortgage was assumed by Robert F. Early ana

1503, AND k'HEREAS the said Robert F. Early and Imogene Britt Early, his wife,

requested the said FiRST fEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATlON OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
~ses hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage:
NOW, THEREfORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVtI~GS AND LOAN ASSOClATlON OF FORT
P~ERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dolla~s, to it in hand paid by the said
Robert F. Early and Imogene Britt Early, his wife
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereot is hereby atknowledged, does remise, relase, quit-
claim, ex.onerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Robert F. Early and Imogene Britt Early, his wife
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and O. R. Book 201 at page 2744,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Robe.rt F. Early and Imogene Britt Early, his wife
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discfiarged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, atways, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
