TO WHOI~i IT MAY CONCERN :
You will please take notice that all lands heretofore conveyed
to La~?~rence F. Brinster located in St. Lucie County, Florida were in
fact conveyed to him not individually but as Trustee of or partici-
pant in the Henry Spen & Co., Inc. Employees' Profit Sharing Retire-
ment Trust, that he has resigned as a Tarustee oE said Trust and is
no longer the legal owner thereof, and that the undersigned, rionroe
Spen, as sole surviving Trustee of said Trust hereby claims the legal
title to all lands in said County heretofore conveyed to Lawrence F.
Brinster.
