Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, i~cluding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or artictes, whether in sing{e units or cen-
tralty controlfed, used to suppiy heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliat;on or

declared to be a part of said real estate whether physi:ally attached thereto or not); and also together with
