THIS MORTGAGE DEED, Executed the day of SE p j ~
1972, by WARREN McFADDEN, hereinafter cal].ed the mortgagor, to '
HOMER HOYT and GERTRUDE M. HOYT, his wife, as to an undivided
1/2 interest; BERNARD PASKIN, as to an undivided Z/4th interest;
MAX BASSIN, as to an undivided 1/8th interest, and DAVID HORNSTEIN,
as to an undivided 1/8th i.nterest, hereinafter calZed the
mortgagees; .
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations and
also in consideration~of the aggregate sums named in the four
~promissory notes of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the
mortgagor hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys
and confirms unto the mortgagees all the certain land of which the
mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:

South, Range 41 EasC,~LESS AND EXCEPTING:
(1) The South 620 feet thereof; and,
(2) That part thereof lying within 50' of the
