located and described as pa~sing over, through and across
Government Lots 8, 7 and 6 as follows: BEGINNING on
the South boundary of said Government Lot 8 at a point
220.97 feet West from the Southeast corner of said
Government Lot 8, run thence North 18°39'15" Wes~, a
disCance of 819.04 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave to the Southwesterly, having a radius of
2292.01 feet and a central angle of 25°44'20"; continue
along said curve a distance of 1029.56 feet to the end
of said curve; continue North 44°23'35" West, a distance
of 1359.75 feet to North boundary of said Government
Lot 7 at a point 605.88 feet West from the Northeast
corner of said Government Lot 7.
SUBJECT to restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-
of-way for public roads of record.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
On condition that the mortgage not be in default, partial
releases shall be provided, subject to the conditions of the
assumed mortgages, on the following basis:
(a) Partial Releases must be contiguous or subject
to mortgagees' approval;
(b) Ocean frontage shall be released upon prepayment of
$800.00 per front foot - extending from the ocean
to the Indian River;
(c) Highway frontage extending westerly to the Indian
River shall be released on the basis of $400.00
. per front foot paid to mortgagees;
(d) Land shall be released upon the payments of principal
on the above fonnula;
(e) Areas to be released shall be parallel to each other
and shall run at right angles from the property
frontage, and shall be granted in such manner as
to not adversely affect any remaining unre2eased
land; .
(f) A11 release provisions are subject to the terms of
the assumed mortgages and must be compatible there-
with.
To have and to hold the same, together with the tenements,

issues and profits thereof, unto the mortgagee, in fee simpZe. `

AND the mortgagor covenants with Che mortgagees that the
mortgagor is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that
the mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey said
land as aforesaid; that the mortgagor will m~ake such further .
assurances to perfect the fee simple title to said land in the
