against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said
land is free and clear of all encumbrances except as follows:
That certain mortgage to Bank of Palm Beach and Trust
Company, as Trustee, d8ted February 10, 1970 and re-
corded in 0. R. Book 183, page 714 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND
That certain mortgage to Robert C. Salisbury, Trustee,
dated April 30, 1970, and recorded in 0. R. Book 184,
page 1892 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if said mortgagor shall pay unto said
mortgagees the four promissory notes hereinafter copied or
identified, to-wit:

This note is secured by a purchase money mortgagE of even date
